Facility Project Manager (Temporary 1 year)

About the role

The Facilities (WS&O) department seeks a temporary Facility Project Manager to lead projects that support the plant’s equipment, systems, and building needs. This 1‑year contract will follow the LEGO® Project Model methodology and ensure compliance with local, national, and LEGO Group standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse steering‑committee requirements, define project scope, objectives, stakeholders and deliverables, and produce feasibility studies and business cases.
• Develop action plans, standardise procedures, KPIs and reporting formats, and manage project documentation.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, external contractors, suppliers and global stakeholders throughout all project phases.
• Supervise contractor performance, enforce LEGO Construction Standards, and mitigate safety risks.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes (EHS, security, governance, procurement, legal) and maintain a comprehensive information repository for hand‑over.
• Define temporary organisational structures, secure resources (materials, budget, labour) and collaborate with the Financial Controller on budget approval and control.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management.
• Experience in construction and managing industrial projects.
