Field Supervisor

About the role

The Field Supervisor will lead the safe, high‑quality installation of KONE solutions in Guadalajara, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule and budget while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure safety, quality and productivity throughout installation and handover activities, correcting non‑conformities.
• Lead and coordinate installation teams, applying KONE installation methods, tools and risk assessments.
• Manage site preparation and readiness, including visits, audits and issue resolution with customers and stakeholders.
• Verify site execution plans and control field costs during pre‑delivery review and throughout installation.
• Deliver and verify installation deliverables according to KONE standards.
• Act as primary point of contact for customers, providing proactive and professional communication.
• Support smooth customer and maintenance handovers by ensuring site and documentation readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement of installation flow, preventing interruptions and optimizing on‑site execution.
