Finance Executive Assistant

About the role

The Finance Executive Assistant will join the regional Finance team of a leading multinational company based in Mexico City. The role provides high‑level support to the Finance Vice President and the regional finance leadership, handling executive communications, reporting and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare executive presentations and materials for management meetings and business reviews.
• Consolidate financial and business information from multiple Latin American countries into management reports.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
• Manage the VP of Finance's agenda and coordinate regional or international meetings when required.
• Provide administrative support to the Finance department and serve as backup for key activities when needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and administrative processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting senior executives, finance leadership, or regional reporting functions.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Advanced PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system.
