Financial Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join a leading multinational organization. The role focuses on financial analysis, business partnering, and supporting strategic decision‑making in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform independent P&L analysis and deliver insights on business performance and financial results.
• Prepare business reports that identify trends, risks, variances, and opportunities.
• Support planning, forecasting, and month‑end financial analysis.
• Develop financial models to evaluate profitability, pricing, working capital, ROCE, and other key metrics.
• Assist in creating executive‑level presentations and business reviews.
• Partner with Finance and Business Leaders to provide data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or similar roles.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
