Financial Analyst

About the role

The Financial Analyst will support strategic decision‑making by preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Working closely with Accounting, Treasury, Operations and other key departments, the analyst ensures accurate, timely financial information and helps drive profitability and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly forecasts and support annual budgeting cycles.
• Perform variance analysis and produce financial reports for General Management and corporate headquarters.
• Develop dashboards and automated reports using Power BI or Excel.
• Support audit preparation, reconciliations, and validation of financial models.
• Analyze CAPEX execution, track financial KPIs, and validate Bills of Materials with Cost Accounting and Engineering.
• Participate in cost‑saving initiatives, project impact validation, and continuous‑improvement tracking.
• Assist in presenting operational and financial reviews and standardize reporting processes.
• Document project financial flows, update senior‑management reports, and evaluate investment projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of financial analysis experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish for international collaboration.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data management and analysis.
• Power BI for dashboard creation and reporting.
• Experience with SAP and Oracle financial systems.
• Knowledge of standard costing systems and KPI reporting methodologies.
