Financial Analyst

About the role

The Financial Analyst supports financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis to drive informed decision‑making. This position partners with plant and operations teams, offering exposure to manufacturing finance and a strong foundation for career growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long‑range planning, maintaining financial models and tools.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting, analyze variances and provide insights to plant and operations teams.
• Monitor cost performance, identify savings opportunities and support standard cost updates.
• Track plant KPIs, workload, backlog and inventory levels, and participate in inventory management activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies and reporting requirements, and contribute to project reviews and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting or a related finance role.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables and financial modeling.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is preferred.
