Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to support the Mexico City, San Antonio and Swiss offices. The role will drive forecasting, reporting and cost‑control initiatives while providing actionable insights to the Beer Supply Chain and FP&A teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain annual budgets, forecasts and long‑range plans for G&A across multiple offices.
• Produce monthly variance, constant‑currency and benchmark analyses for main P&L drivers (headcount, travel, expenses, etc.).
• Coordinate billing and shipment analysis and assess its impact on the profit & loss.
• Identify and propose office‑wide savings initiatives and support report enhancements for the Supply Chain Finance team.
• Load, reconcile and validate financial data in the planning application (SAP) and generate consolidated spend per case.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or business (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance planning, analysis, cost accounting or related functions.
• Self‑driven, results‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and analytical skills.
