Financial Planning & Analysis Sr. Manager

About the role

The Financial Planning & Analysis Sr. Manager is a strategic finance leader responsible for overseeing financial planning, forecasting, cash flow, and operating‑plan performance for Goodyear Commercial Services and the El Salto Plant. Reporting to the Finance Director Mexico, the role partners with cross‑functional teams to provide insights that drive profitability and cash‑flow improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze and present financial forecasts, long‑term and short‑term business plans, and EBIT/working‑capital performance.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual forecast processes, budgets, and corporate reporting requirements.
• Consolidate Monthly Operating Review (MOR) results for commercial services and the El Salto Plant, delivering variance analysis and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Pricing, Credit, and plant teams to explain results, support pricing decisions, and align with Goodyear strategy.
• Manage CAPEX reporting, revenue and pricing strategies, and strategic business‑growth projects.
• Lead process‑improvement initiatives across FP&A, sales, manufacturing, and pricing systems.
• Support Finance Director with flash results, weekly updates, and strategic initiatives for commercial services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Significant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or strategic finance within a manufacturing or commercial environment.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and influence decision‑making.
