Flutter Mobile Engineer – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Mobile Engineer to join an enterprise client on a fully remote, immersive project aimed at enhancing visitor experiences through a highly interactive mobile application.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimize cross‑platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using Flutter.
• Create smooth, engaging 2D animations that align with the interactive exhibition aesthetic.
• Integrate hardware‑level communication protocols (e.g., Bluetooth, NFC) to enable proximity‑based and real‑time physical interactions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and highly optimized code while adhering to a full‑time weekly schedule.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional cross‑platform mobile development experience with deep Flutter expertise.
• Proven ability to build and optimize 2D animations within Flutter.
• Strong independent work ethic with the capacity to deliver high‑quality results from day one.
• Excellent professional communication skills.
• Based in Latin America (Argentina, Mexico, Chile, or Costa Rica) and able to collaborate during Mountain Time business hours.
