About the role
The FNOL Cabin Agent provides immediate, high‑quality assistance to policyholders experiencing vehicle or home accidents or requiring assistance. Working within AIG's Mexico Contact Center, you will support customers 24/7, ensuring fast claim registration and guidance.
Key responsibilities
- Register new claims for traffic accidents, roadside assistance and other incidents.
- Validate policy status and collect necessary information.
- Provide customer service support, delivering accurate information and updates on claim progress.
- Maintain compliance with AIG guidelines and local regulations.
Required profile
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
- High empathy, strong listening and problem‑solving skills.
- Attention to detail and proactive teamwork.
- At least 1 year of customer support experience, preferably in insurance.
