FP&A Director

About the role

Worldpanel by Nuerator is seeking an experienced FP&A Director to drive revenue growth, optimise margins and manage costs across its global operations. The role partners with the Regional Controller and the global FP&A team to deliver reliable financial reporting and strategic insights.

Key responsibilities

• Produce financial reporting in collaboration with the Controlling & Accounting team.
• Set reliable budgets and forecasts, and track progress against them.
• Translate global priorities and strategies into regional actions.
• Present key financial information, trends and KPIs.
• Improve business performance (Revenue, Margin, Cash).
• Set targets and drive improvement in key revenue metrics (Bookings, ARR, NRR, Retention, one‑time renewals).
• Take actions to ensure annual financial objectives are met.
• Evaluate service offerings, resource & investment allocation to maximise revenue and margin.
• Identify and implement controllable cost savings.
• Contribute to Numerator International finance leadership team and its priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in FP&A or business partnering.
• Extensive experience in a finance leadership role within a global organisation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory).
