Freelance Screening Nurse (Registered Nurse) – Remote

About the role

Planet Pharma is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join a leading clinical trial solutions provider on a freelance basis. Working remotely from Mexico, you will use a secure internet connection to access the client portal and conduct patient screening for upcoming clinical studies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured telephone calls with potential trial participants.
• Review patient medical information and eligibility criteria.
• Perform basic medical assessments remotely, without in‑person contact.
• Document screening outcomes accurately in the client’s system.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with clinical trial regulations.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with an active, unrestricted licence.
• Fluent in English and native Spanish speaker.
• Demonstrated nursing experience, preferably in clinical research or patient assessment.
• Comfortable working as a freelancer and managing independent schedules.

Required skills

• Patient screening and medical assessment.
• Knowledge of clinical trial protocols.
• Effective remote communication.
