Front End Developer – Remote (Mexico, Costa Rica, Argentina)

About the role

Concentrix is seeking a skilled Front‑End Developer to join its Technical Products and Services team. The role is fully remote and focuses on scaling the core Design System and building cross‑team UI tooling using browser‑native technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and build high‑performance, reusable Web Components with Lit/LitElement and modern TypeScript.
• Write clean, modular, framework‑independent CSS employing Grid, Flexbox, Custom Properties and manage Shadow DOM constraints.
• Develop lightweight Node.js scripts and tools to streamline front‑end workflows across teams.
• Implement, scale, and maintain Design Tokens and pipelines for multiple platforms.
• Create robust integration and end‑to‑end tests using Playwright to ensure UI stability.
• Contribute to existing Angular (11+) applications and support their integration.

Required profile

• Strong mastery of browser‑native technologies and a passion for clean, framework‑independent CSS.
• Experience building reusable web components that can be used across enterprise applications.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with distributed teams.
