Front of House Positions – NAIA Restaurant

About the role

Join the brand‑new NAIA restaurant on Las Olas Boulevard as part of the front‑of‑house team. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure guests enjoy a seamless dining experience in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately.
• Maintain high standards of presentation for all orders.
• Assist with keeping the dining area clean and organized.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to support smooth service during peak periods.
• Handle cash and credit‑card transactions following proper procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in hospitality or restaurant service.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage handling practices and food safety regulations.
• High energy, friendly demeanor and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service.

Required skills

• Food safety and sanitation awareness.
• Cash handling and credit‑card payment processing.
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine.
