Front Office Agent

About the role

The Front Office Agent will be the first point of contact for guests at One&Only Mandarina, delivering seamless check‑in and check‑out experiences while embodying the brand’s commitment to joy, creativity and warm hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest arrivals and departures in accordance with One&Only standards.
• Provide personalized service, anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a high‑quality service environment.
• Utilize concierge knowledge to assist guests with activities, dining reservations and special requests.
• Handle guest inquiries and issues efficiently, maintaining professionalism under pressure.

Required profile

• Age between 25 and 35 years.
• Any gender.
• Professional degree in tourism, hospitality or related field.
• Minimum of one year experience in hotel or guest‑service roles.
• General knowledge of concierge duties.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication, mental agility and ability to work under pressure.
