Full Stack .NET MVC Developer

About the role

Flex is looking for a Full Stack .NET MVC Developer to join its Application team in Guadalajara. You will help design, build, and maintain web applications that automate key business processes and support Flex’s diversified manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET MVC.
• Create and optimise SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and T‑SQL scripts.
• Build responsive user interfaces with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (including jQuery or modern frameworks).
• Integrate external services and RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with design, product, and QA teams to improve user experience.
• Troubleshoot issues, enhance performance, and follow best security practices.
• Use Git for version control and work within Agile (Scrum/Kanban) processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in web development with .NET MVC.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, T‑SQL, and query optimisation.
• Proficiency in front‑end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and ORM tools such as Entity Framework or Dapper.
• Familiarity with Git and Agile methodologies.
• Intermediate level English.
