Full-time Professor of Management

About the role

Arkansas State University’s Querétaro campus seeks a full‑time Professor of Management to teach and conduct research in English. The successful candidate will join a dynamic faculty team dedicated to modern pedagogies and high‑impact scholarship.

Key responsibilities

• Teach introductory and upper‑level undergraduate courses in areas such as Principles of Management, International Management, Social Impact Management, Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship, HR Management, Leadership, or Small Business Management.
• Develop and publish high‑quality research in peer‑reviewed journals.
• Collaborate with administration, staff, fellow faculty, students, and external stakeholders to promote academic excellence.
• Participate in shared governance and campus management activities.
• Assist in recruiting students and faculty to the campus.

Required profile

• PhD in Management.
• Demonstrated ability to teach in English at the undergraduate level.
• Commitment to scholarly research and publication.
• Willingness to engage with campus governance and community outreach.
