About the role
The General Manager – HR will act as an employee champion and a driver of change, overseeing the entire human‑resource function. This senior leader will partner with senior management to align people strategy with business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and guidance for talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention programs, training and leadership development.
- Serve as a strategic human‑capital business advisor to the senior management team.
- Develop and implement initiatives, policies and programs that create consistency across the organization.
- Oversee benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost efficiency and attractiveness for top talent.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management.
- 7+ years of professional HR experience, preferably in a services‑oriented business with both corporate and business‑unit exposure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to multi‑task, organize and prioritize work.
