About the role

The Plant Manager will lead the plant’s operational, commercial and safety initiatives to drive global growth. Reporting to executive management, the role combines strategic budgeting, capital project oversight and continuous improvement of production processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and present the annual operating budget and capital authorization applications.
• Drive continuous improvement programs to reduce cost, enhance quality and increase operational efficiency.
• Lead safety education, maintenance processes and a culture of collaboration between production and maintenance teams.
• Ensure product quality standards are met the first time, minimizing rework.
• Partner with commercial and engineering teams on new product costing and business growth opportunities.
• Build relationships with local community and regional stakeholders.
• Foster a professional environment that promotes employee satisfaction and high performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or engineering management.
• Proven leadership of large, cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and execute problem‑solving initiatives quickly.
