Global Sourcing Manager

About the role

Join Hasbro’s Global Supply Chain team as a Global Sourcing Manager, driving the performance of a strategic supplier network that supports iconic toy and game brands. You will act as the primary liaison between Hasbro and key suppliers, ensuring operational excellence, cost competitiveness, and innovation across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the global sourcing strategy and supplier network for the assigned product category.
• Lead commercial negotiations, operational excellence, and productivity improvement programs with assigned suppliers.
• Hold suppliers accountable for quality, on‑time delivery, capacity, financial health, and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal functions (Product Development, Quality Assurance, Planning, Ethics) to align supplier capabilities with business needs.
• Drive improvements in new product launches, cost reduction, and sustainability initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in global sourcing, supplier performance management, or supply chain leadership.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a track record of delivering measurable improvements.
• Ability to work across multiple regions and cultures, thinking globally while acting locally.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
