Golang Engineer – Backend Services (Guadalajara)

About the role

We are looking for a Golang Engineer to design, develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs for enterprise applications. The role is based in Guadalajara, Mexico and will work within Infosys’ technology delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement high‑performance microservices using Go and Java.
• Develop and expose RESTful APIs for internal and external consumers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate with cloud platforms and container orchestration.
• Participate in code reviews, performance tuning and production support.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in Golang and Core Java.
• Solid understanding of object‑oriented principles and distributed systems.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
