Graphic Design Lead

About the role

SSOE is seeking a Graphic Design Lead to join its Strategy & Development team. The role will drive visual storytelling across pursuits, proposals, and marketing collateral, turning complex technical concepts into magazine‑quality designs that support win strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and production of high‑end RFP/RFQ responses, qualification packages, and pursuit collateral for architectural and industrial markets.
• Translate strategy, technical content, and data into clear, visually engaging narratives that resemble editorial layouts.
• Develop and maintain enterprise‑level proposal templates, page grids, and style guides to ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing coordinators, business development teams, and project leaders to align graphics with win strategies and client priorities.
• Interact with external print vendors and consultants as needed to deliver final printed materials.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading graphic design projects for complex, technical industries.
• Strong ability to interpret architectural, engineering, and industrial concepts and turn them into compelling visual stories.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Leadership mindset with a focus on quality and brand consistency.
