Graphic Designer / Creative Strategist

About the role

TLNT Group is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer / Creative Strategist who thrives in a B2B environment. You will own the visual identity of our paid and organic campaigns, using modern AI‑forward tools to accelerate concepting and production while maintaining high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑performing creative assets for Meta, LinkedIn, Google Display, email and other B2B channels.
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across digital, print and presentation touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and content teams to translate strategy into compelling visuals.
• Concept and iterate on ad creative, landing‑page graphics, pitch decks, one‑pagers and social content.
• Leverage AI design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Claude, Manus) to speed up ideation and production.
• Contribute to creative strategy discussions and help shape visual direction.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver polished work on deadline.

Required profile

• 5+ years of graphic design experience, with at least 2 years in a B2B setting.
• Proven track record designing paid advertising campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn.
• Strong portfolio showcasing B2B marketing creative, ads, landing pages, decks and social content.
• Hands‑on experience creating sales‑enablement materials such as pitch decks, one‑pagers and case studies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
