Graphic Designer – U.S. Market Focus (Hybrid, Guadalajara)

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer with strong English communication skills and proven experience serving the U.S. market. The role is hybrid, based at our Midtown Jalisco office in Guadalajara, and will involve producing high‑quality visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and resonate with diverse American audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create and deliver engaging assets for digital and print media, including social media campaigns, websites, presentations, email marketing, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate concepts into impactful designs.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communications, adapting assets to U.S. market trends.
• Develop original graphics, illustrations, and layouts while meeting deadlines.
• Support visual asset creation for campaigns, product launches, and client‑facing materials.
• Present design concepts clearly in English to internal teams and U.S. stakeholders.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices in both U.S. and global markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with U.S.‑based clients.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work for U.S. audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
