Growth Hacker

About the role

Improvado is looking for a hands‑on Growth Hacker to join its Marketing team. This is an execution‑focused position where you will own campaigns from start to finish, move quickly, and leverage AI as a core productivity multiplier.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, run, and optimise paid acquisition campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, programmatic and emerging AI‑native channels.
• Build AI‑powered workflows for copy generation, audience segmentation, enrichment and reporting.
• Generate pipeline using an ABM approach – from signal detection to outreach sequencing.
• Experiment with new growth channels, kill under‑performing ideas and scale successful ones.
• Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Clay, n8n, etc.) to enrich and qualify leads before they reach sales.
• Analyse funnel performance, surface insights and act on them autonomously.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in performance, growth or demand‑gen marketing.
• Proven track record of launching and optimising paid campaigns without agency hand‑offs.
• Strong analytical mindset comfortable with attribution, funnel metrics and dashboards.
• Experience in B2B SaaS and ABM/programmatic tools (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase).
• Advanced written and spoken English.

• Paid media platforms: LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, programmatic advertising.
• ABM and programmatic tools: 6sense, Demandbase.
• Scripting basics: Python, SQL.
