Guest Experience Specialist

About the role

As a Remote Guest Experience Specialist you will turn travelers' ideas into personalized journeys. Working from anywhere in Mexico, you will consult, design, and manage trips while providing attentive support before, during, and after travel.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to capture travel goals, preferences, budgets and special requirements.
• Research destinations, accommodations, tours, activities and transportation to build custom itineraries.
• Coordinate and manage all bookings, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
• Deliver proactive customer support throughout the travel experience, handling changes and unexpected issues.
• Stay up‑to‑date on travel trends, promotions and industry developments.
• Promote services and generate new business through social media, networking and referrals.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation and enthusiasm for travel.
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in your country.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote interaction.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Sales‑oriented mindset with interest in building client relationships.
