Head of Fraud Protection (LATAM)

About the role

Group-IB is seeking a Head of Fraud Protection for the LATAM region. You will own the fraud solution suite across banking, insurance, government and large corporate sectors, shaping the go‑to‑market strategy and ensuring successful implementation from the first conversation to go‑live and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Translate market needs into product roadmap features and keep the fraud proposition aligned with LATAM requirements.
• Support the business in meeting ARR targets, train commercial teams, and assist with strategic account plans.
• Lead sales pitches, PoCs, case‑study creation and thought‑leadership activities.
• Review proposals, statements of work and guide delivery teams toward high‑value objectives.
• Collaborate with analytics, alliances and partners to capture customer feedback, ensure satisfaction and drive renewals.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading fraud‑related solutions in LATAM, preferably across banking, insurance, government or large corporate environments.
• Strong strategic and product orientation with ability to shape market‑specific offerings.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, product, R&D, delivery and partner teams.
• Track record of supporting revenue growth and delivering measurable business value.
