About the role

This remote leadership position is designed for a creative video professional who blends storytelling expertise with a strong marketing strategy mindset. Based in Mexico, you will steer the creation of engaging video assets that reinforce brand presence, support campaigns, and drive audience interaction across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create and edit high‑quality video content for social media, websites, advertising campaigns, and internal communications.
• Translate marketing strategies and brand messaging into compelling visual storytelling.
• Develop video concepts, incorporate motion graphics, and provide creative direction to maximise audience engagement.
• Manage production workflows, including file organization, version control, and archiving.
• Adapt video assets for platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and paid advertising channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams from concept through execution.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback, manage revision cycles, and maintain quality and timelines.
• Stay up‑to‑date with video marketing trends, emerging tools, and platform‑specific best practices.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in video editing, content production, or a similar creative role, preferably within a marketing environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating marketing‑focused videos and branded content.
• Understanding of how video supports lead generation, brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversion goals.
