About the role

Inspired Education is seeking a dedicated Homeroom Teacher for 3rd grade to join its AIM Schools network in Mexico. The role involves delivering a high‑quality bilingual curriculum and fostering both academic excellence and personal growth in a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging 3rd‑grade lessons aligned with the school curriculum and assessment standards.
• Individualise and differentiate instruction to stretch and support every student, monitoring progress regularly.
• Assess student work both in class and at home, providing targeted feedback to drive improvement.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where students feel valued, safe and motivated to take learning risks.
• Collaborate with colleagues, share best practices and contribute to the school’s learning community.

Required profile

• Relevant teaching qualification and experience with primary/elementary students.
• Strong commitment to academic excellence and holistic development.
• Ability to create a bilingual, international learning atmosphere.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
