Hospitality/Hotel Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, customer‑focused sales professional to join a fast‑growing American hospitality group that operates multiple Hilton, Marriott and Sheraton properties across the United States. The role involves promoting hotel spaces for events, building client relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients seeking to host events at our hotels.
• Promote and sell hospitality‑related products and services.
• Provide outstanding customer support by handling inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and meet client expectations.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and increase client retention.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel sales.
• Proven experience in customer support or service.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
