About the role
As a Hotel Marketing Manager at Hilton, you will shape and deliver property‑specific marketing campaigns that enhance visibility, drive revenue, and create memorable guest experiences. You will work closely with sales, revenue management, and other department leaders to ensure every initiative aligns with Hilton’s hospitality values.
Key responsibilities
- Support the design, launch, and optimisation of digital, social media, and branded campaigns for individual hotel properties.
- Monitor emerging marketing tools, technologies, and consumer trends relevant to the hospitality sector.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports and analyses to Sales and Revenue Management teams.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to execute targeted initiatives that boost guest engagement and revenue.
