HR Business Partner (Remote)

About the role

INDI is seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to join its Human Resources team on a fully remote basis. You will act as a strategic advisor to business units, helping shape people initiatives that support growth and retention across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Hold regular meetings with business units and management, providing guidance on HR matters.
• Analyze turnover trends and develop programs and policies to improve employee retention.
• Stay current on Argentine and Latin American labor regulations, minimizing legal risks and ensuring compliance.
• Interpret and communicate HR policies to managers and staff.
• Resolve complex employee‑related issues.
• Assist international employees with expatriation assignments and related HR processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of labor regulations in Argentina and Latin America.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in the IT industry or regional HR responsibility is desirable.
• Advanced level of English.
