HR Business Partner (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to join INDI’s Human Resources team. The role is fully remote and focuses on supporting business units across Latin America, helping to shape HR strategy, improve retention and ensure compliance with local labour laws.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular meetings with business unit leaders to provide HR guidance and resolve employee issues.
• Analyse turnover trends and develop programs and policies aimed at increasing retention.
• Monitor and apply Argentine and broader Latin American labour regulations to minimise legal risk.
• Interpret and communicate HR policies to managers and staff.
• Address complex employee‑related problems and provide practical solutions.
• Assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Argentine and Latin American labour legislation.
• Excellent communication skills in English (advanced level) and Spanish.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently and pay close attention to detail.
• Experience in the IT sector or regional HR responsibility is a plus.
