About the role
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the full spectrum of human resources activities, ensuring effective recruitment, compensation, performance management and staff development across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive consulting support for HR modules, including recruitment, salary administration, performance appraisal and training.
- Manage contracts and social welfare programs, guaranteeing compliance with local regulations for both local and foreign employees.
- Analyze workforce data to support leaders in making timely, informed decisions.
- Collaborate with department heads to guide and supervise performance appraisal processes.
- Assist business units in building sustainable talent structures and support headquarters in delivering training initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR management or as an HR Business Partner.
- Ability to work effectively under high pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
