Human Resources Coordinator

About the role

Mubea, a global supplier to the automotive industry, is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support its workforce across multiple countries. The role ensures the attraction, development, retention, and administration of talent while maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment for hourly, technical, and salaried positions, including interviews and assessments.
• Manage employee onboarding, transfers, terminations, and maintain accurate HR documentation.
• Monitor attendance, vacation, leave requests, and keep employee records up to date.
• Ensure compliance with employment contracts, company policies, and union agreements where applicable.
• Address employee concerns, disciplinary actions, and support conflict resolution.
• Assist with collective bargaining agreement administration and employee benefits.
• Identify training needs, coordinate technical, compliance, and leadership training programs, and maintain skills matrices.
• Support performance management, succession planning, and validate payroll‑related information.
• Prepare HR reports, track KPIs such as turnover, absenteeism, recruitment effectiveness, and recommend continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
• High‑intermediate proficiency in English.
• HR certifications or postgraduate studies are a plus.
