Human Resources Operations Specialist

About the role

The HR Operations Partner I provides operational HR support across Mexico, the United States, and Canada. You will be the primary point of contact for employees and managers, handling the full employee lifecycle and ensuring accurate, timely HR services.

Key responsibilities

• Execute onboarding, data changes, verifications, terminations, and HR documentation.
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries via MyHR, email, and phone.
• Process transactions in Workday and other HR systems, maintaining data accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain employee records, operational trackers, and recurring reports.
• Coordinate programs such as milestone anniversaries, one‑time payments, stipends, and allowances.
• Support compliance activities including audit preparation, NOM administration, and regulatory reporting.
• Manage asset return processes and other operational tasks across North America.
• Identify operational issues and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with HR team members and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure service continuity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR, operations, shared services, or a similar environment.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Required skills

• Workday (or similar HR system) proficiency.
