Hybrid Spa & Tours Manager

About the role

We operate two linked businesses in Ensenada – a spa serving cruise passengers and locals, and a private tour/transport company offering shore excursions and wine‑country trips. We are looking for a reliable, bilingual operator to manage day‑to‑day operations across both sides of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Run spa reception and management duties on weekends and Mondays, handling bookings, client flow, cash handling and end‑of‑day reporting.
• Support tour logistics on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, coordinating driver schedules, pickup times and client communications.
• Respond promptly to WhatsApp messages at all hours, ensuring no booking is lost.
• Identify and propose improvements to operational processes across both businesses.

Required profile

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communicator able to manage people and systems independently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Experience with booking systems.
• Proficiency in WhatsApp Business.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
