IBM Planning Analytics (Cognos TM1) Developer – Guadalajara

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IBM Planning Analytics (Cognos TM1) Developer to join our team in Guadalajara. The role involves designing, building and enhancing TM1 models that support budgeting, forecasting and reporting across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance TM1 planning systems for budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Create and modify cubes, dimensions, active forms, PAW and PAX reports to meet business requirements.
• Provide technical support for TM1 interfacing systems and assist during month‑end activities.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform performance tuning and ensure robust TM1 security.
• Document runbooks, deliver user training and support, and collaborate with globally dispersed teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience developing IBM PA/Cognos TM1 applications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently as well as within cross‑functional teams.
• Experience working in Agile environments and following SDLC best practices.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable handling multiple priorities.
