Implementation Consultant – B2B Client Onboarding

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Implementation Consultant to lead end‑to‑end onboarding for our B2B clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through the transformation of their procurement and financial processes and ensuring a smooth transition from kickoff to Go‑Live.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle implementation projects, serving as the primary point of contact from initial kickoff to a live, operational product.
• Conduct discovery workshops to capture client processes and translate requirements into customized platform workflows.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, data mapping, validation, and migration of vendor lists, budgets, catalogs, and other business data.
• Coordinate internal and client stakeholders, mitigate risks, and resolve technical dependencies.
• Deliver interactive training sessions and onboarding sprints to enable client teams to operate the platform independently.
• Create structured enablement resources such as playbooks, configuration guides, and short video workflows.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and QA to escalate blockers and turn client feedback into product improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS implementation, project management, or customer success.
• Proven ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, with confidence in leading business meetings.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent change‑management skills to handle user resistance and guide process transformation.
• Customer‑oriented, proactive, highly organized, with strong presentation and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets for data validation and analysis.
• Experience configuring complex SaaS products, ERP or CRM systems.
• Knowledge of API integrations and data migration techniques.
• Ability to create technical documentation such as deployment playbooks and configuration guides.
