Import & Inbound Logistics Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an Import & Inbound Logistics Analyst to manage end‑to‑end inbound logistics operations, from origin shipment through delivery at our distribution centre. The role focuses on monitoring performance, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement across our global supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and analyse inbound logistics processes, covering shipment origin to final delivery.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as freight cost, transit time, supplier performance and delivery execution.
• Validate and maintain import documentation, including Bills of Lading and international freight invoices, to support customs compliance and electronic value manifestation (MVE) requirements.
• Coordinate with logistics providers and internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence, timely deliveries and issue resolution.
• Process invoices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for inbound transportation.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, import operations or international transportation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience with international freight, import documentation and Incoterms.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
