Industrial Procurement Manager – Strategic Sourcing Lead

About the role

We are seeking an Industrial Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and procurement activities across multiple manufacturing sites in Mexico. The role focuses on delivering cost savings, strengthening supplier relationships, managing risks, and balancing safety, quality, and delivery performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for process manufacturing operations.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to achieve optimal terms.
• Drive cost‑reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and delivery standards.
• Monitor supplier performance, manage risks, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, coach, and mentor the procurement team to enhance their professional growth and performance.

Required profile

• Fluent English with the ability to conduct interviews and communications in English.
• Proven leadership experience, including team development and mentorship.
• Background in process manufacturing procurement, preferably within the chemical industry.
