About the role

Medicasa Italia is seeking a qualified Home Care Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing services to patients in the Naples area. The role involves delivering preventive, curative, palliative, and rehabilitative care directly in patients' homes while promoting health education and active participation in therapeutic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general nursing assistance tailored to each patient’s health needs.
• Deliver preventive, curative, palliative, and rehabilitative interventions in line with the individualized care plan (PAI).
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic procedures and health management.
• Ensure compliance with international guidelines and Medicasa’s internal procedures.
• Manage and correctly store medical materials and devices provided by the company.
• Document clinical activities using the electronic health record system.
• Participate in team meetings organized by the operational centre and contribute to periodic health reports.

Required profile

• Valid BLSD certification.
• Flexibility to work non‑fixed hours and travel within the regional territory.
• Physical fitness for the role and personal vehicle for travel.
• Documented experience in home‑care nursing, including pediatric patients.
