Information Security Incident Response Manager

About the role

NTT DATA is looking for an experienced Information Security Incident Response Manager to lead the prevention, detection, and resolution of security incidents across its global environment. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Mexico while collaborating with a worldwide team of cyber‑security analysts and specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end process for security breaches, ensuring incident and problem management procedures are followed.
• Perform access‑management activities, review authorisations, and conduct testing to uncover security weaknesses.
• Coordinate 2nd‑level triage of security alerts, events, and notifications, following defined priority levels and escalation paths.
• Communicate response status, resolution details, and root‑cause analysis to stakeholders.
• Maintain and update security processes, work instructions, and create new procedures where gaps are identified.
• Log, manage, and resolve service requests related to IT infrastructure faults.
• Stay current on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends.

Required profile

• Advanced experience in the information‑security industry, preferably with a background in technology environments.
• Strong understanding of risk‑management principles and frameworks.
• Ability to translate technical information for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills for medium to complex incidents.
