Installation Supervisor

About the role

The Installation Supervisor is responsible for managing and overseeing refrigeration project installations, ensuring they meet Hussmann and client specifications, stay within budget, and are delivered on time with high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the installation of refrigeration projects according to specifications, procedures, and temperature requirements.
• Deliver installed equipment to clients in line with purchase orders, approved plans, and service department requirements.
• Review AutoCAD drawings and project scope upon arrival at the assigned store, coordinating updates with engineering and sales departments as needed.
• Supervise contractors to guarantee work complies with Hussmann and/or client specifications.
• Monitor budget allocation, delivery commitments, and quality standards throughout the installation process.
