Internal Communications Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Internal Communications Manager to be the connective tissue of Félix, translating strategy into daily execution. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will ensure that every team member has the information, tools, and clarity needed to work effectively and feel engaged.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead internal communication systems, including newsletters, rituals, knowledge‑base platforms and company announcements.
• Maintain and evolve the company’s Slack structure, Notion organization and team documentation to eliminate friction in information access.
• Organize and continuously improve weekly operational rituals such as All‑hands and learning sessions, surfacing priorities, blockers and progress.
• Synthesize executive updates and act as the bridge between the Founders/Chief of Staff and the broader organization.

Required profile

• Strong operator mindset with the ability to translate high‑level strategy into actionable communication.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional information flow in a fast‑growing environment.
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
