International Tax Manager

About the role

PwC Mexico is seeking an International Tax Manager to join its Tax Services practice. You will work with global teams to provide strategic advice on structuring multinational tax positions, helping clients navigate complex cross‑border regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze international tax laws and regulations to develop strategies that optimize tax efficiency for multinational businesses.
• Lead teams in structuring global tax positions and advise clients on tax planning and compliance.
• Manage client service accounts, drive engagement workstreams, and ensure quality outcomes.
• Coach and mentor junior staff, enhancing their skills and performance.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for tax consulting projects, overseeing planning, budgeting, and delivery.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain project quality, timelines, and deliverables.
• Utilize analytical thinking to identify linkages within complex tax systems and resolve stakeholder conflicts.
• Uphold professional and technical standards, including PwC tax and audit guidance and independence requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international tax advisory for multinational corporations.
