IT HelpDesk Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an IT HelpDesk Engineer to join Netcracker’s Corporate IT department. The role provides on‑site and remote technical support for PCs, peripherals and software, ensuring smooth daily operations for employees and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide proactive maintenance of IT systems to minimise user disruption.
• Deliver technical assistance for computer hardware, operating systems, applications and networking issues.
• Conduct diagnostics, troubleshoot and resolve problems both on‑site and via Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) or telephone.
• Repair, upgrade and reinstall operating systems on PCs.
• Install and uninstall software applications, including troubleshooting Windows 11 issues.
• Manage inventory of hardware and ensure availability of standard equipment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as an IT HelpDesk Engineer or similar role.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and develop IT skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English; advanced/native Spanish.
• Optional certifications: ITIL, CompTIA.
