IT Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to drive the delivery of high‑impact technology initiatives for Mary Kay’s global operations. Based in Monterrey, MX, this hybrid role combines hands‑on execution with strategic partnership across business leaders, technical teams and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of medium‑to‑large IT projects, from initiation through stabilization.
• Define and manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations.
• Translate business objectives into clear project plans with milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross‑functional and geographically distributed teams through influence and collaboration.
• Provide forward‑looking status reports and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Apply Agile, hybrid or plan‑driven delivery methods as appropriate.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery practices.

Required profile

• 7–10+ years of experience leading IT projects with demonstrable business impact.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or a related field.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Agile certification (CSM, PSM or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong project‑management fundamentals including planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting and risk management.
• Proven experience working with technical teams on platforms, integrations, data and infrastructure.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in matrixed, global environments.
