IT Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an IT Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the delivery of high‑quality software solutions. The role involves designing test artefacts, executing tests, and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases and test strategies aligned with project requirements.
• Execute manual, functional, regression and other test types across web, client‑server, EDI and mobile platforms.
• Identify, document and track defects using bug‑tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers and stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain detailed test logs, results and documentation for future reference.
• Analyze system specifications and code to verify alignment with requirements and detect potential errors.
• Ensure final deliverables meet quality standards, organizational policies and customer expectations.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of software testing and quality assurance processes.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and following sprint cycles.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with cross‑functional teams.
