IT Software Liaison North America

About the role

Inspired Education seeks an IT Software Liaison for North America, based in Monterrey, Mexico. The role bridges the Global Applications/Software team, Regional IT, and North American schools to ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of the group’s standard systems and technical stack.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate rollout, implementation, and ongoing use of IT software platforms across North American schools.
• Lead onboarding for new schools, mapping local requirements to Inspired platforms.
• Support global IT software projects, managing timelines, dependencies, and configuration.
• Assess school readiness, training needs, and operational risks for system implementations.
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, integration issues, and user‑access challenges.
• Perform acceptance testing for pilots and new releases, providing regional feedback.
• Develop user guidance, training materials, and documentation to aid adoption.
• Build relationships with school leadership, academic, admissions, finance, operations, and IT teams, escalating risks as needed.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in MIS management or global IT software project implementation within a school environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work across multiple time zones.

Required skills

• Knowledge of school MIS and standard systems such as iSAMS, ManageBac, Canvas, OpenApply, IGSP.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Experience delivering training and change‑management activities.
• Project management experience using agile and waterfall methodologies.
